First, we'll meet with you on your free diagnostic review call to get to know you, your business and any other specifics that we need to know about the current state of your business finances. During this call, we'll request access to your accounting software and once we're done with the call we'll dive into your bookkeeping and produce a report of findings.
Within 48 - 72 business hours of handing over your bookkeeping, we'll provide a report of our findings and discuss the next best steps that will get you to a clean set of books and ready to hand off to your tax preparer.
After we discuss our findings and hand over the report, we'll provide you with an option where we can fix it for you or you can take the report and either DIY it or hand it off to your bookkeeper to make the necessary changes.
There's absolutely not pressure or obligation to work with us but if you feel ready to move forward in having us provide a clean up and prepare you for taxes, we'll be happy to discuss this.
Unfortunately, Magentic Bookkeeping & Consulting is a U.S. based bookkeeping and consulting firm which means we follow the US way of doing things in the IRS eyes. Because of this, we can't take any clients with businesses formed outside of the US.
